Demetra Art Hotel is four stars 60 rooms boutique hotel in the very center of St.-Petersburg. The building of the hotel itself is the historical building, projected by the architect Wilhelm Van der Guht in 1913. Building and interior details of décor were restored during the reconstruction of the building.
